CareerBuilder, Applicant Tracking | Post a Job

Overview

CareerBuilder’s Applicant Tracking System previous product was obsolete and awkward. A legacy platform built from multiple products. The post a job feature of the Applicant Tracking System needed a more simplified approach and updated UI in the posting a job process with an all in one view to maintain the job posts to other job boards.

I began to sketch out idea to simplify the problems they were facing. Met with the product owners before moving forward with any wireframes.

Ability to multiple select quickly to career sites, automatically select job boards. A Manual link is generated on the job posting list page.

Solution

The user is able to reference the requisition and post to the career site quickly in one view and also post to all other job boards and external career sites. They can view their posting history and maintain the ability to post to external sites quickly. The external job board posting can be viewed on posting list page without having to return to the posting screen. This feature will help user quickly maintain all their requisition postings.

Outcome
